Svettas du for mycket


Känner du att du svettas för mycket? Jag gjorde det också för inte så länge sedan. Om du svettas så tungt att ansiktet eller halsen blir fuktigt, eller dina kläder hamna vått och smutsigt, det är ett verkligt problem. Det finns flera orsaker till överdriven svettning, som vi kommer att täcka i denna artikel. Vad du vill veta är hur man kan stoppa det! Vi kommer att beröra det också.

Kraftig svettning kan orsakas av ett antal saker, även om de flesta inte är allvarliga. Jag vet av erfarenhet att när du svettas för mycket, det påverkar ditt liv. Du kan vara generad på grund av svettfläckar under armarna, eller droppar än köra ner ansiktet och halsen. Du undrar om du har kroppslukt. Så småningom, du bara hellre skulle stanna hemma och undvika situationer helt och hållet.

Behandla akne med Vitamin B5

Vitamin B5, annars känd som pantotensyra, är en vitamin känt att minska eller eliminera akne. Det är ett vattenlösligt vitamin som när det tas internt eller lokalt kan bidra till akne behandeling.
